By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. These terms apply to all ticket holders and attendees of the event.

Ticket Purchase
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Tickets must be presented for entry—either printed or digital versions are accepted.

Each ticket is valid for one person only. Duplicate or copied tickets will not be honored.

Unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

 

Event Entry and Conduct
Entry may be denied to any guest who is visibly intoxicated, causes a disruption, or fails to follow staff instructions.

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

Event organizers reserve the right to change the event schedule, location, or performers without prior notice.
 

Media Release
By entering the event, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used in promotional and marketing materials.

Personal photography is allowed, but professional recording equipment is not permitted without prior written consent.

Liability
Jersey Media and all affiliated parties are not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage incurred during the event.

Attendees assume all risks associated with participation and release the organizers from any liability.
